Woodly Oralus, MBA
Woodly Oralus, MBA, is a Growth Facilitator and President of BDM Growth Consulting and Founder & CEO of Biznct, LLC. Biznct is an outsourced digital marketing solution for growing businesses. Biznct is comprised of knowledgeable cutting-edge experts in media communication and digital technology.
Previously, Woodly Oralus, was a high-performing sales professional for Enterprise Truck Rental where he consistently rose to the top 3 percent in sales nationally month after month within the company doing Business to Business (B2B) sales in a pool of over 1,100 employees in the Truck Rental Department.
During his time as the CEO at Biznct, LLC Woodly has helped manage over $1,000,000 in ad spend for their client’s internet marketing campaigns and has helped numerous businesses grow through the power of digital marketing.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Analysis and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Management from Florida A&M University. He is president of his Toastmasters club.
For fun, he loves to travel and being a positive light in others’ lives.
Esmirna Caraballo
Esmirna has been a Latina Business owner in Ocala, Florida since 2018. She currently owns Esmirna’s Notary Accounting and Tax Services LLC along with ENAT Consumer Collection Agency and ENAT Pro Medical Solutions LLC.
She was Born and Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and started the business in 2014 in Ohio. She holds the following degrees of Bachelors in Arts for Business & Accounting and Associates in Science for Medical Billing and Coding. She has been a Certified Notary Public since 2011 and has Certification Completions in Customer Services and Collections. She is a certified Tax Preparer with the IRS and a graduate of Tax Preparation.
She has been an Accountant, Biller, and Collector for more than 15 years and has always collected accounts for multiple companies in Ohio and Florida. Her main reason for operating her business is to be there for the entire community, especially the Hispanic community.
Being bi-lingual is one of the most important aspects of her business because she can engage and give that hand of help to those in need of information and all in need of translations. She honors the affiliates and accreditations to the fullest and puts her all into each of them. Her current affiliates are:

Julian Sinisterra
Julian was born in Cali, Colombia, and emigrated to the United States settling in Miami, FL. After high school, he joined the US Navy and was able to travel the world while serving his country. After his enlistment, he relocated back to Miami and received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida International University. Julian then worked for a large multi-national corporation for the next 8 years in various roles, one of which was new business creation and expansion.
In 2008 he started his own insurance agency and, in the time, since, has also started and exited various businesses ranging from insurance to real estate and consulting. His experiences have enabled him to specialize in risk management, start-ups and entrepreneurship consulting, operational organization, strategic consulting, and business development and training. He currently lives in Ocala, FL with his wife and 2 boys. Julian enjoys helping the local Hispanic and minority community in all things business and is an active participant in local youth sports.
